Customs in Germany
When shipping to Germany, your parcel will pass through customs clearance. Although packages worth less than 200 USD will not be subject to duties and taxes, all packages except documents and papers require a commercial invoice to clear customs. However, if your parcel is over 30kg, or larger than 160cm long, you will have to book a day in advance. For these larger or heavier goods, you will need to provide your pick-up courier with assistance loading or unloading the delivery.

With the exception of our timed delivery services, we deliver between 9am and 7pm on normal working days. Most couriers make 3 delivery attempts as standard, however if your sending to more remote areas of Germany, only one delivery attempt will be made.
Some of our partner couriers, such as UPS, may leave a parcel in a safe place without requiring a signature. If you need proof of delivery, please use the upgrade option 'Signature required' on our 'select service page'.

Large Parcel and Air Freight to Germany

We can deliver items up to 300cm in length and pallets up to 1200 kg in weight, as long as they are safely packaged.
