Collection

However, if your parcel is over 30kg, or larger than 160cm long, you will have to book a day in advance. For these larger or heavier goods, you will need to provide your pick-up courier with assistance loading or unloading the delivery.
If you're sending a pallet or an item requiring a tail lift or pallet truck, please contact our customer care team prior to collection.
Delivery
With the exception of our timed delivery services, we deliver between 9am and 7pm on normal working days. Most couriers make 3 delivery attempts as standard, however if your sending to more remote areas of France, only one delivery attempt will be made.
Some of our partner couriers, such as UPS, may leave a parcel in a safe place without requiring a signature. If you need proof of delivery, please use the upgrade option 'Signature required' on our 'select service page'.
