Shipping One Service Points: At Shipping One Service Points, you should pay for your delivery first online by credit card through payment link before leaving it on one of the service points.
Online: For parcels booked online, we accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Bank transfer.
Phone: When booking with Customer Service, payment can be made by debit or credit card, as well as Bank transfer.
How do I track my parcel?
Are there any items I can't send with Shipping One?
Note: For parcels travelling outside the UK, there may additional prohibited items specified by the destination country. If you are booking online with Get Quote Form, click the ‘Prohibited Items’ button on the booking form to check. You will also find details of items that might be restricted.
Shipping One shall not be liable in the event that you send any prohibited items. If your parcel contains a prohibited item, it may be delayed or returned.
